We live to the right of Mobile Bay (it’s covered up by that 2am Wed dot).
Time to double check the battery stash. Ellie doesn’t like candles.
Update: The track has moved significantly West. We’re out of the Cone of Probability (no brownies) but the warning isn’t lifted yet. And since they already gave evacuation orders to Orange Beach, everybody is out of school for three days.

The track has moved West again (New Orleans is included in the watch now), but they really aren’t sure what it’s going to do or what strength to expect (since strength depends on where it goes in the Gulf).

So glad it’s looking a little better for you — I’m just hoping for some remnants to hit us late this week.
We have been thinking about all of you and your critters for days now…we are glad you have escaped the main event. BUT, this is a storm of mainly water, so hope you are high-and-dry. Hearts and hugs to all of you.
