I heard that this was called ‘fall’. The leaves are colors – not just brown.
We’re in Connecticut. Which is pretty wild all on it’s own, but it’s extra wild for us since we spent 22 years in Alabama and have never lived anywhere…not south.
Moving many states away from the familiar to a house you’ve never laid eyes on is also pretty wild. We’ve had several expensive surprises (also what the heck with a boiler!? Who’s idea was that?). BUT. The location is great, there are many more opportunities for Eleanor (which she is embracing in a big way), and it’s lot less dystopian up here.
Best wishes in your new home! I hope there’s a good yarn store nearby.
Just wait for the snow!
Hey! I grew up in Connecticut and have been up here dealing with some parental health issues. Whereabouts are you?
Emily pointed out to me tonight that she didn’t think comments were working. She never saw this! I’ll make sure she sees it tomorrow and gets in touch.
