Unlike most everybody else in Alabama*, we did not get snow yesterday. I’m jealous. I don’t want crazy Canadian winters with a blizzard every other week, but an inch or two that lasts a few hours wouldn’t kill you, Mother Nature.
Just sayin’.
*There aren’t enough words in my sentence to link to all the North Alabama folks – those are just the first ones I saw. Somebody had enough to make a snowman, but I can’t remember who or find the post.
If it’ll make you feel better, it was REALLY cold. And wet.
We had snow. I wanted it to last a little longer though.
I’m sorry you missed out on the white loveliness!
I’ll trade with you! We got a foot up here in NY.
I’m sorry. Next time they forecast snow, you’ll have to come visit!
Aw, I’m so sorry you and little Ellie didn’t get any snow! I tried to go out and play, but the wind was just brutal! It was beautiful, though. I would have liked to have more!
Em wasn’t too impressed with it. She was ready to go back inside after about 10 minutes. lol Now, the hubby and son stayed out there till it melted, rolling around like puppies.
I have to say, I was shocked when it actually *did* snow. Normally, I don’t believe them (the weather guys).
I love your new banner photo – so cute!
Don’t feel bad, we never get snow:D
P.S. I adore your new banner!
I am sorry that you didn’t get snow. It was nice because it didn’t last so long. Thanks for linking to my post.
I saw comments that said your new banner was great. I can’t see the new banner when I go to your blog but when I am on my blog and hold my mouse over your comment I get a window that shows your blog with a banner that has you and Ellie sitting together. That is really cute. But I don’t know why I can’t see it when I go to your blog. I still get the green banner with the yarn and knitting needles; I tried refreshing the screen and I still don’t see it. Maybe it will come up when I reboot.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the new look to the blog. !
Good thing too! You’ll need your path clear when the postman brings those bunnies and little mom edibles to your house…
New banner gooooood!
Love the new banner! So cute!
I hear you, Emily. Here in our little corner of northeast Texas, we generally get at least one (usually ONLY one) snow each winter. This year, it apparently isn’t going to happen, and I’m none too pleased about it! 🙁
I love your new blog header! 🙂
Finally I get to say, “Love the new banner!”
After doing another search on Google today I discovered that pressing ctrl +F5 will update the page and the banner.
