Ellie and I rolled out onto the porch for our post lunch stroller excursion to the mailbox and nearly tripped over our third place team!
The big box is the reason the mail is on the porch.
Son of Dish Rag Tag’s third pace team is
Wicked Sticks! In the original box!
Biggest congratulations to all of you for Dish Rag Tag Glory!
And inside the Wicked Sticks box!
Thank you so much Marie! Whoever is the brain child behind the little Crafty Girl tins must have made a mint! (Get it? Because there are mints inside. The jokes just keep coming.) I can’t wait to empty the tin so that stitch markers can live inside – I think I’ll start right now… *munch munch* I know Captain Lauran will love her striped dish cloth!
While I am exposing contents to you, let’s catch up a little from yesterday.
From the Needling Ninjas.
Many thanks, Sara! I love the stitch marker (actually from
Chronicles of Yarnia contents.
First let me say: Kelsey, you must have sat on this thing to get it to close! Two balls of yarn, a drawstring bag AND there was room left for chocolate. My dad the Master Packer would be so proud. Thank you very much, and I know your Captain Toni will thank you for the dish cloth too.
That’s all for me today! Ted needs some attention. Who’s Ted? I’ll tell you tomorrow. You’ll love him.
Congrats, Wicked Sticks! Uh huh, we of the Chronicles had to keep a very close eye on you, too. 😉
Very cool contents in the boxes!
Um, ahem, this is a li’l uncomfortable, but there shoulda been something “postal” in our box for you from the whole team. Were there no cards?
Congratulations WS!! Way to hang in there – sorta tickles me that Emily goes everywhere with her camera. (sorta like I do – haha)
The Dishtaggers are sticking in there – the misters postman have not been kind to us . . . but, we will get there . . . eventually. 😉
Looking forward to seeing the bounty from the rest of the teams as well.
The stitch markers are not my doing. That is the lovely work of KARA. I repeat, KARA deserves all the praise, warm fuzzies and ice cream. I was not trying to steal credit. 🙁 I was in such a swivet to get the box mailed I forgot to give credit where credit was due. 🙁 I should be flogged.
Chocolate…….mmmmmmm. THe content viewing is so fun for me. Ted, who is Ted?
Sara- it was your hustle that helped us win, so no need for a flogging! I’ve made a few of those row counter bracelets now, but never one for myself. Must get on that! And Emily- I love for things to coordinate as well! 🙂
