It was Free Cone Day on Tuesday so we made our second annual trip to Biloxi to celebrate!
Ellie had strawberry.
I took my cousin’s graduation socks as day trip knitting and made a fair amount of progress.
Classic Socks from The Knitting Man(ual)
Don’t get too excited, when I got home, I realized that they were waaaaaay too loose. Now I am back to the cast on and a smaller pair of needles.
I’ve still got almost a month.
I’m glad I like the pattern.
Love it!!! Looks like Ellie approves of strawberry!!! And she matches her ice cream! Just too precious!
Good Gravy, that little girl. She really is something else. And look how long her hair is.
About the sock- don’t feel bad (not that you do) but I just cast on a second sock for the SIXTH time. I really wanted the stripe to stripe the other direction and tried just about everything. Finally- I gave up on my heart’s desire of mirrored stripes. Six times, I tell you!
that dear little Ellie is cuter by the minute, isn’t she!
mmmmmmm strawberry
