I always forget to say “rabbits” at the beginning of each month. But since rabbits are my first finished objects of the year, that really ought to count for something.

    Amazing no one asked you about saying “rabbits” at the beginning of the month. I have been saying “rabbit” on the first of the month since I was a little girl. When my Dad was a little boy, an elderly gentleman in his neighborhood told him that if you say “rabbit” on the first of every month, you will have luck for the month. My Dad has done is all his life. He will be 80 in February.
